In the first floor: Living room,open plan kitchen, toilet with shower and bedroom with double bed.
In the second: Double bedroom with terrace and bathroom en suite (with jacuzy) and single bedroom.
The decoration is comfortable and modern, air conditioning and heat pump in living room and main bedroom, Fibra WIFI, smart tv and portable fans if you need them, mosquito nets.
Remember that a duplex is two floors so there are stairs that join the two floors and also stairs to acces to the apartment.Laguna Beach is an area of easy parking. In the months of July and August is much more crowded but there is a large parking lot in front of the residential so you will always find a place.
The very best in my opinion is to be just in the beach! You wake up in the morning and see the sea. Beautiful promenades in the morning and relaxing sunsets sitting in chiringuitos with a good food and beberage.
