BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.

You have a 24-hour grace period after making a booking for free cancellation.

You can cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund of your booking deposit if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel between 30 and 15 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive 50% of your booking deposit.

CHECK-OUT TIME: UNTIL 10:00 AM

Number of Guests
The apartment may only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the booking. Additional visitors or overnight stays are not permitted without express authorization.

Rules of Use
Parties and activities that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation [except in designated areas]. No pets allowed [or specify conditions if allowed].
The guest agrees to keep the apartment in good condition and report any damage or issues.
